- Children entering 5K - Grade 3 in the 2026-2027 school year will attend Summer School at Meadow View Elementary School
Class Structure
- Classes held Mondays - Thursdays, no classes on Fridays
- Term 1: June 15-July 2, 2026
- Term 2: July 6-July 23, 2026
- Two classes are available each term, from 7:45-9:40 a.m. and 9:50-11:45 a.m.
Summer School at Nature Hill Intermediate School
- Children entering Grades 4-8 in the 2026-2027 school year will attend Summer School at Nature Hill Intermediate School
Class Structure

- Term 1: June 15-July 2, 2026

- Two classes are available each term, from 8:00-9:55 a.m. and 10:05 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Summer School at Oconomowoc High School
- Children entering grades 9-12 in the 2026-2027 school year will attend Summer School at Oconomowoc High School or OHS East Campus
- Class times and dates will vary based on courses

Step 1: Must Complete BEFORE Registration
Current OASD Families: Log into your Skyward Family Access account, click Online Forms in the left-hand menu, and fill out the 2026 Summer School Intent Form and Waivers.
- Make sure to select the form underneath your child's name - either 2026 Summer School Intent Form and Waivers K4-7 or 2026 Summer School Intent Form and Waivers 8-12.
- Complete the form before April 6, 2026, to register for elementary and intermediate Summer School on April 7. Complete the form by April 29, 2026, to register for high school Summer School on May 1.
- Please be aware, you must complete the form 24-hours before you would like to register your child for Summer School.
Current Non-OASD/Private/Parochial Families: Please complete the Non-OASD/Private/Parochial School Student Application Form.
Step 2: Save the Date for Registration!
- Elementary & Intermediate Registration Dates: April 7 at 6:00 a.m. to April 23 at 3:00 p.m.
- High School Registration Dates: May 1 at 8:00 a.m. to May 29 at 3:00 p.m.

Summer School Registration Instructions
- Click the Quick Links at the top of the page, then select Skyward Family Access from the list of links.
- Enter your Family Access login ID and password.
- Click on the Open Family Access button.
- Click the Arena Scheduling button. If Arena Scheduling doesn't appear, click the box with the plus mark (+) to expand the home column.
- Select the first student you would like to register by clicking on the Summer School year under their name. You will begin the registration process at this step for every student you are registering for Summer School.
- The classes available for your child will appear on your screen. They are based on your child's grade level.
- You can search for classes by Period, Subject, or Course, or you can click through the course listing.
- If you’re using the Period or Subject search tools, you need to click the Apply Filter button to activate the search.
- Then click the Reset Filter button to clear your search and begin a new search.
- To select a course, click Add next to the course listing.
- Repeat steps 6 and 7 for all of the courses you would like to enroll in.
- Once you’ve selected your courses, click View/Print Schedule to see your full schedule.
- If you would like to add or remove courses, click the red X in the right corner to return to the Arena Scheduling page.
- To remove a course, click Remove next to the course listing. To add a course, click Add next to the course listing, as mentioned in step 7.
- Once you have enrolled in courses and your schedule is complete, click Submit Schedule, and the courses will be reserved.
- Click Yes to confirm.
- You will not receive a confirmation email for your Summer School registration. To confirm or review your student’s schedule, click the Schedule button in the left column in Family Access, and the Summer School schedule will be listed there.
- If you would like to enroll another student in Summer School courses, please begin this process again, starting at step 5.
- Once you have completed Summer School registration for all of your students, please complete the online payment process. Summer School courses that are not paid within 24-hours of registration will be deleted from the system the following day at 9:00 a.m.
Summer School Payment Instructions
- Click the Quick Links at the top of the page, then select Skyward Family Access from the list of links.
- Enter your Family Access login ID and password.
- Click on the Open Family Access button.
- Click the Fee Management button. If Fee Management doesn't appear, click the box with the plus mark (+) to expand the home column.
- There will be a Summer School tab listed for each student that you have enrolled in Summer School. Click Make a Payment next to your student’s Summer School tab.
- A new web page will open for the OASD Web Store, which is operated by RevTrak. Summer School fees for all of your students will appear under the Required Fees section. You can either scroll down the page to reach the Required Fees section or click the Required Fees button in the left column.
- Click the Add To Cart button next to your child’s Summer School fees.
- Click Add To Cart again in the pop-up box.
- If you have additional Summer School fees that need to be added to your cart, click the Continue Shopping button or click the arrow to return to the previous screen. Complete steps 7 and 8 until all of your child's Summer School fees are in your cart.
- Once all of your Summer School fees are in your cart, click the Checkout button.
- If you are a returning customer, enter your Web Store login and password. If you are a new customer, click the Create New Account button.
- Select your preferred payment option by clicking the Use Debit/Credit button or Use ECheck button.
- Complete the required fields for credit/debit or eCheck payment, then click the Continue button.
- The next screen will show a summary of your order. Click the Place Order button at the bottom of the screen to submit your payment.
- You will receive a confirmation and opportunity to print your receipt on the final screen.
