Student Annual Registration

July 15-August 5, 2026

The annual school registration process is completed online each summer to ensure accurate student and family information, share important annual notices, and confirm classroom and course scheduling for the school year.

For the 2026-27 school year, families will complete registration through our new student information system, Infinite Campus.  Families will receive more information about annual registration and an introduction to Infinite Campus before registration begins.

It is important to complete the registration process for each child by the August 5 deadline to ensure accurate student records on the first day of school.

Who Completes Online Registration?

All families need to complete online registration for each child every summer.  Only parents/guardians listed as the primary household in our student information system can complete the online registration process; however, student fees may be paid by primary and/or secondary households.

What if my child is new to the OASD?

If your child has never attended an OASD school, you will need to complete the new student online enrollment process first. Please visit our new student enrollment page for more information.

Registration Assistance is Available

• Computer access and registration assistance will be available at Oconomowoc High School East Campus, 915 Summit Avenue, from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
• Families who need translation assistance or help after 2:00 p.m. can call the OHS East Campus Office at (262)-560-2108 to schedule an assistance appointment.
• In-person registration, computer stations, and translation assistance will also be available from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at the Oconomowoc High School Fieldhouse. No appointment needed.

Medication & Care Plan Drop Off

• Between July 15-August 21: Medications and care plans for all students can be dropped off by appointment at Oconomowoc High School.  Please contact the District Health Services Office at (262)-560-2114 or ErnserJ@oasd.org to make an appointment or ask questions about your child’s medications, care plan, or any other health care paperwork.
• Between August 25-27: Medications and care plans can be dropped off at your child's school between 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., or during your school's open house on Tuesday, August 25.
  • OHS students can drop off medications and care plans at OHS Registration Day on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. in the Fieldhouse.

OASD Device Program Information

Students in grades 4K-12 have access to technology and devices for student learning at school and at home.

• Grades 4K & 5K: Students will have shared access to devices in the classroom.
• Grades 1-4: Each student receives an individual Chromebook that remains at school for classroom use.
• Grades 5-8: Starting in 5th grade, students will be issued a Chromebook for use at school and at home.  Students will exchange their Chromebook for a new one at the end of 8th grade.
• Grades 9-12: Students will use the Chromebook they received at the end of 8th grade at school and at home through 12th grade.

Chromebook Agreement

During online registration, families with students in grades 1-12 will be asked to complete a Chromebook Agreement and families with students in grades 5-12 will have the option to purchase Chromebook insurance.

• We strongly encourage 5th-12th grade families to purchase this insurance because students in these grades will be taking Chromebooks to and from school each day.
• Chromebook insurance can be purchased during online registration and payment must be complete by September 1. If the fee is not paid by September 1st, the Chromebook will not be covered against accidental damage, and families will be responsible for all repair costs resulting from accidental damage.
• Families with students entering 1st-4th grade do not need to purchase Chromebook insurance because students in these grades will only use a Chromebook at school.
• Families who wish to opt-out of the Chromebook program in grades 9-12 will need to provide their own device to be used at school and home.

Back to School & Open House

Open Houses will be on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at all OASD schools. Students and families can drop off school supplies, meet teachers, and tour school.

• OHS: Teacher Meet & Greet from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and Self-Guided Tours from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
• Intermediate Schools: 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
• Elementary Schools: 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Athletics Registration for 7th-12th Grades

To be eligible to participate in a sport, students entering grades 7-12 must complete a separate Athletics Registration process. Athletic registration will be open starting on July 15, 2026.
