Prom 2021 Theme: A Night in Las Vegas!

Ticket Sales

  • Ticket sales are now closed

Ticket Sales Details

  • No ticket sales after the deadline.
  • Refunds and exchanges are not accepted.
  • Students who are sick, quarantined, or isolated on the day of the dance, cannot attend. We will refund both the student and their guest should the guest not attend as well.
  • It is imperative that students properly enter their student ID number exactly as it appears on their ID card when purchasing tickets. This code is the same as the student’s lunch code.
  • If you lost your ID, please order a new one in the main office as soon as possible.
  • Good news! Based on our scenario planning, we can safely allow for a limited number of Juniors and Seniors to invite an underclassmen guest who is a student from Oconomowoc High School. However, your guest must be in good behavioral and academic standing. If you would like to bring an underclassman, the junior or senior student should email Mr. Curtis at CurtisJ@oasd.org requesting permission for their guest to attend.
  • You must make this request by Monday, April 12 at 3:00 p.m. Requests will be honored on a first-come-first-served basis. Please wait to purchase your ticket prior to receiving approval from Mr. Curtis.

Guests from Other Schools

  • No outside guests from area schools or recent alumni will be allowed unless guidelines change.

Table Selections

  • Tables are set for 8.
  • Before purchasing your ticket, the group of people you would like to dine with at prom should designate a table captain.
  • When the OASD Web Store prompts a table captain, type this person’s first and last name.  This ensures your group is together at the same table.
  • Students should sign up for tables of 8 if possible.
  • If you are the table captain, still add your name as the table captain.  If you do not have a group of 8, still designate a table captain.

Grand March

  • The Grand March begins at 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  All students should enter through the OAC.  Students will be asked to park their cars in the  North Lot near the OAC.
  • Couples and friends will walk down Raccoon Runway to the Fieldhouse.
  • If family members want to take photographs, please park in the OHS South parking lot near the Gale Douglas Fieldhouse.
  • Please enter the building through the Fieldhouse doors.
  • Parents should exit OHS as soon as the Grand March ends.

Dinner

  • Dinner will be catered and served as a plated meal.
  • Meal choices will be made when purchasing the tickets online.
  • Students with special dietary restrictions or needs should indicate that when purchasing their ticket. During table sign-ups, any special meal requests should be confirmed with Student Council Advisors to ensure proper meal requests.

School Policies and Announcements

  • Female guests may bring a small purse to hold their IDs, phones, or cameras. The OHS Principal, Associate Principal, or Police Officer may search a student’s bag or jacket if there is reasonable suspicion that the student has in his/her possession an item that would endanger the school population’s health or safety.
  • There is no reason to bring money. All events at Prom are included in the price of the ticket. We are not responsible for lost items.
  • Personal items can remain at your dinner table all evening.
