Summer School Fees
Summer School Fees for families with free or reduced lunch:
If your student receives free or reduced lunch you may register online, but will not pay for any remedial or skills instruction classes. Those fees will be waived. You will be responsible for fees associated with any enrichment classes you register for regardless if your child is on free or reduced lunch.
All fees listed in the summer school brochures are for district residents only. Non-district summer school registrants pay an additional $40.00 per class. No refunds are issued unless classes are canceled by OASD. Payment is required at the time of registration with a credit or debit card through the Revtrak payment option in your Family Access account. Please use these online payment instructions if you need help with the payment process.
Due to high Summer School demand, payment MUST be made the same day as registration to secure your student’s place within the course or your course will be dropped. Please check back after 9 a.m. daily for class availability openings.
Certain OASD Summer School courses have athletic activity components that require participants to understand and demonstrate varying degrees of physical activity. Prior to student participation in these courses, OASD must have a completed and signed Summer School Liability Waiver and Medical Consent Form on record. The form will be available through the Online Forms tab in your Family Access account during the summer school registration process and must be filled out if you register your child for any of the courses listed below.

- Racquet Sports
- Sports University
- Lawn Games, Table Tennis, and Sport Stacking
- Fishing Fun
Please note that your child will not be able to participate in any of the above course(s) if the form is not completed by June 17, 2019.
