Summer School Fees

Summer School Fees for families with free or reduced lunch:

If your student is currently using the Free or Reduced Lunch Program, you may qualify for the math and/or literacy-focused courses to be free of charge.  Courses within the course brochures that are listed as enrichment only will not have reduced fees and must be paid in full.

Course Fees:

All fees listed in the summer school brochures are for Oconomowoc Area School District residents only.  Non-district residents will be charged $40.00 per course, in addition to the course fees listed within the course brochures.  Payment is required at the time of registration by credit card, debit card, or by E-Check through the Revtrak payment option in your Family Access account. Summer School courses will be deleted if the course fees have not been paid within 24-hours of the registration.

Please use these online payment instructions if you need help with the payment process.

Repeating Courses

Many courses are offered multiple terms or times. In these situations, the programming and projects are the same each term or time the course is offered. Families who register a child for the same course twice will receive the same materials twice and be charged the course fee twice.

Summer School Liability Waiver & Medical Consent Form:

OASD Summer School courses have athletic activity components that require participants to understand and demonstrate varying degrees of physical activity. Prior to student participation in Summer School courses, OASD must have a completed and signed Summer School Liability Waiver and Medical Consent Form on record.  The form will be available through the Online Forms tab in your Family Access account during the summer school registration process and must be filled out prior to the start of Summer School.

Please note that your child will not be able to participate in any athletic activities if the form is not completed prior to June 20, 2022.
